Yes, I am married to Ron Stoppable

I haven’t worked for the past three days so I’ve had a lot of time to go back to my old ways of sitting on the couch and eating anything in sight. I forgot how boring it is to sit at home and do nothing, but then again working isn’t so great either. Regardless, I really wish I could read but I’m too cheap to pay 8 bucks for the second book of the Hunger Games Trilogy. So, instead I’m number 3 on the waiting list at the public library.  I definitely think that staying home is much better when I have a book to read. I keep trying to remember that most normal people don’t read books in 3 days and I will probably have to wait until next week to get my next book.

Since reading wasn't an option I decide that I would spend the day catching up on the shows sitting in our DVR. As you know from my previous post, I am a bit obsessive about throwing things away. I really don't like clutter, I prefer order and stability. So it's no surprise that I am one of those people that has a compulsion for deleting things from the DVR. If I record something I make a point to watch it as soon as possible and then delete it. If I run out of time to watch it I feel the need to delete it because I probably will not watch it. Unfortunately, a certain lovable someone that lives here is not like that. He insists on saving movies that we recorded two months ago in case we happen to watch them later, so all the Back to the Future movies and The Flintstones (yes, original movie 1994 version) are currently staring at me on our DVR. So our DVR looks like this:

Yes, that's a six after Property Virgins.

Notice how the DVR is already over 50% full which for some reason makes me start developing some heavy anxiety thinking that I'm going to miss something epic from one of the two shows that I currently watch. Secondly, there is only one show in this list that is for me, Teen Mom 2 (I know shameful..I know). The rest belong to a certain someone that looks something like this:

This is the part that husband gets mad at me....again.
The first time was when I put a picture of his closet on the blog (see it again here).
He's probably now mad at that too. Oops!
