Happy Blogniversary!

Happy Anniversary Blog!

Today marks one year since The Chronicles of a Domestic Engineer was launched into the web, as a way to keep me entertained. Let's revisit some of the things that were going on a year ago compared to what's going on today.

  1. I was unemployed and making no money
  2. Hated to cook, do laundry and pretty much anything domestic
  3. Was living in an apartment with the worst upstairs neighbors ever
  4. Successfully gained tons of weigh after the wedding
  5. Was sad and lonely for most of the day
Today...
  1. Still unemployed and making no money
  2. I hate laundry even more now and I still dislike the cooking although I do it to make me feel more like a good wife
  3. Now we live in a HOUSE! And don't know any of our neighbors.
  4. Have made absolutely no attempts of losing weight
  5. Now I have Jake to ignore me and sleep all day long
Well it looks like it wasn't a very productive year at all. That's lame.

Here are some Blog Stats for the past year:

Total Page views: 1,926 (I'm sure half of those are from me)

Top 3 most viewed posts:
  1. You Know You are Unemployed When
  2. Top 5 Ridiculously Awesome Christmas Presents
  3. Introducing my Nemesis
As to my audience it looks like people from all over have been stopping by, which I'm not sure I should be excited about or scared by. There's nothing worst than having an international stalker. Write that down.

I do have a few friends that live outside of the US, for example, Dominican Republic I only know one person that lives there and is as awesome as me. *wink wink*  Canada I'm not quite sure who I know there but they stop by often so it must be someone that does like me. But, what really surprised me the most were the 10 views from Latvia. Yes, thank you for the geography lesson reader because I had no idea were Latvia was. Now I know somewhere there loves me. I should make a shirt yes, I will work on that.

Thank you all for making it a great first year of blogging. I hope to keep it up.

Anniversary Fireworks. Yay!
